PRECURSORS OF THE UFA BUREAUCRATS (PORTRAITS CLERKS XVII- BEGINNING OF XVIII CENTURY)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the formation of the State Order apparatus in the Russian province. As the example the story of the Ufa podyacheskiy family of the Vlasievs was taken. The article is written on the basis of the materials which had been already published and the archive documents (RGADA). The main role belongs the facts given in the materials of the Ufa Order Izba, Publishing Prikaz and Serfdom books of local Institutions. Afanasiy Ivanovich Vlasiev – one of the most outstanding Moscow diplomats was the ancestor of Ufa podyacheskiy dynasty. The Vlasievs family was not typical for the Ufa Order people. But his fate completely confirms N.F.Demidovs conclusions on the formation of the professional and closed group of Order people in the XVII century. In the course of time for the period four hundred years the members of the Vlasievs family had one and the same professions and duties in the State Order Machinery and Economic activity. They occupied the same posts in the Order Isba and were guilty in the same administrative abuses.
