ABOUT TENDENCY OF NUMERICAL STRENGTH AND NATIONAL COMPLEMENT IN REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The article is dedicated to the issue of revelation and research of main tendencies in national and Republic of Kazakhstan population staff during the years of independence (1991 – present). Based on the national census of 1999 up to 2009 results as well as on intermediate data of Kazakhstan statistics agencies, the comparative analysis of changes in the population numbers and its ethnic staff is carried out, the organic link of this process to the historic features of the country development is described. The main ways of the state management of the achieved numbers increase in accordance with the forecast and national complement stability prediction are characterized briefly. Basis of this issue significance is given in the presence of social, political and economical programs of Kazakhstan.
