SOVIET FAMILY UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE STATE: 1917-1930-IES

In recent years, the family has become one of the priorities of the social policies of the modern Russian state. Many issues - regulation of marriage and family relations, demographic , family education - do not lose their relevance. This article examines the policy of the Soviet state in the family in the first decades of its existence. On the basis of the studied documents , archival sources , materials, printing of those years, analyzed the causes of changes in government policy on the family and it was concluded that changes its content to the needs of the state. Traces the path of a complete rejection of the family as “bourgeois relic “ to the adoption of national measures to create a new “ socialist” family. Proved purposeful and effective operation of the authorities to incorporate the family institution in the Soviet system of political control.
