STATE FARMS IN THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION OF DAGESTAN IN THE 60S OF THE XX C: EXPERIENCE AND PROBLEMS

The author focuses on the measures taken by public authorities to accelerate the pace of agricultural development and to strengthen the economic base of the state farms of Dagestan in the 60s. The twentieth century. The article presents data showing positive dynamics of development of state farms, as an integral part of the agricultural production sector of the republic in the period under review. The author shows the influence of administrative and economic management on the effectiveness of state farms, an analysis of the state of the material and the production base and the changing nature of agricultural work. The author makes an attempt to give the dynamics of the agricultural enterprises workforce. Experience characterized by the transfer of best practices of young people in the schools of excellence. The names of the foremost agricultural production, brought to a focus on their working methods.
