BOLSHEVIKS ATTEMPTS TO FORM A SUPRANATIONAL GENDER IDENTITY IN THE CONTEXT OF MULTIETHNIC AREA OF THE NORTH CAUCASUS

The problem of supranational policy, which had forming of a new gender identity as one of the method cultural policy is considered in this article. Corrections of the practice of formation of the “new man” by local ethnic, religious and cultural differences North Caucasus were shown in the context of the Soviet cultural policy. Specific examples illustrate the complexity of implementing etacratic gender model in everyday life of urban and rural society. The authors suggest that the formation of a new gender women identity specifically in the North Caucasus region in addition to all the other reasons were based on the need for the removal of ethnic and social tension. The Bolshevik authorities ignored the identity of each of the peoples of the region so that a number of age-old traditions in Soviet legislation fell into the category “domestic crimes”.
