MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH PARTNERS IN GERMANY AS A SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

International relations between the cities – it’s quite difficult in many ways still is not well-established integration process. The article focuses on the role and place of the Foreign Economic and International Relations of Moscow in the development of its economy and the social sphere, have received a new sound influenced by the general trend of the increasing importance of international relations cities of the Russian Federation in connection with the transition of its economy to market relations. Moscow’s main partner in this area is Germany, which over a long period is the most important foreign partner PWM Moscow. Moscow International relations are developing in many areas, such as urban agriculture, education, culture, youth, transportation, sports. Author of the article traces the development of these relations, examines the programs and projects of joint cooperation of regions of the Russian Federation and Germany.УДК 94 (560)
