THE CREATION OF A SINGLE PARTY ARCHIVE (ON MATERIALS OF RGASPI)

The publication gives a description of the party archives of the October revolution of 1917. Shows the creation of a Single party archives in the 1920s. Discussed the situation of the party archives in 1920, and especially their storage Istpart, public records and archives of the current party organizations. Shows the work of the commissions to create a single party archives, as well as attempts of the Central Archives Administration to include party archives in the State archives. Highlighted the principle of isolation of archives which had an impact on their subsequent development. The principle has influenced the formation, independent of the State Archival Fund of the party archives. The creation of a single party archives contributed to the emergence of the complex historical party documents, which was not in the public property, and the property of the party.
