FEATURES OF NATIONAL CHARACTER WHEN CONDUCTING BUSINESS ACTIVITY - AS ASPECT OF BUSINESS CULTURE

Specifics of national nature of subjects of business activity – the most important factor of formation of behavior of business structures and their representatives. Owning this information it is possible to build more successfully the relations with partners in a foreign market. At present there is a problem with knowledge of distinctive features of business relations insufficient sometimes in the partner countries. It is explained by expansion of number of subjects of the external economic relations, and also diversification of foreign economic activity of the certain countries, including Russia. In this article psychological features of behavior in business of representatives of the countries with whom the Russian businessmen most often carry on negotiations are considered: China, Germany and France. The description of the main lines of behavior of representatives of business community of these countries and features of negotiation process takes place. At the same time, the author of article tried to carry out the comparative analysis, the described behavioural characteristics and to develop the row, useful with its t points of sight of recommendations to listeners and interested persons. Having examined national features of negotiating with representatives of foreign firms, it is possible to avoid oversights and to hold negotiations at worthy level.
