HORSE RACING AND HORSE TESTING IN THE VYATKA PROVINCE IN THE XIX – EARLY XX CENTURY

The article examines the impact of horse racing, testing the preservation of “ordinary Vyatka” breed horses. Analyzes the organization of regular equestrian competitions in the Vyatka province. The paper refers to competitions Russian triples as a unique interaction three horse harness, the sports and the application form. The organization of equestrian competition, becoming the first official test of superiority among the peasant population of the province. Improving the organization and holding of horse races, test objectively led to a full, natural equestrian competitions in the Vyatka province. Explores the role of horse competitions, trials in the development of equestrian sport in the province, the impact on the socialization of the peasant class. The article deals with the interactions of the peasant class with the government in organizing horse races, trials in the Vyatka province.
