The characteristics of participating of the middle urban stratas of the population of Siberia in the civic movement of the new revolutionary raise (1910–1914) in particularly historical and historiographical aspects of the issue are given in the article. The degree of the theme formulation is examined and the white spaces of the research are marked. Analysis of participating of different groups of the middle urban stratas in the civic movement was realized basing on the summoned up particularly factual information. The factors influencing this process were determined. The predominant role of young people (students and pupils) in the movement of the middle urban stratas of population is shown and the basic forms of this movement (walk-outs, meetings, participation in political organization`s activity, etc.) and correlation of political and academic actions are revealed.
