THE POLITICAL HISTORY’S QUESTIONS OF ESTONIANS AND LATVIANS IN IN VOLOGDA-VYATKA BOUNDARY IN 1920-30S

The ethnographic expedition materials, information from Oparino museum, Kirov and V. Ustyug are analysed in the article. The Stolypins migrants political history in Vologda-Vyatka boundary during 1920-30s includes the topics of the taking of part in the Civil war, optation campaign, collectivization and “raskulachivanie”. Specific of organization of collective farms are shown. So-called “korenization” and cultural revolution had large importance. These processes included the national schools activity. The role of the cult to personality of I.STALIN and political repressions are noted. The positive and negative influences of politic on ethnic identity, economy, every-day living, change of mentality and communications type are revealed in this paper. Evident and hiding traditional base of vital activity of Estonians and Latvians cultures, creative essence of the ethnic groups, as from 1917 and before Great Patriotic War, are fixed.
