THE INTERNAL VITAL ACTIVITY OF KOLKHOZES IN THE PERIOD 1953 - 1964 YEARS (CASE STUDY OF THE WESTERN SIBERIA)

The article reflects the socio-economic characteristics of the internal life of the kolkhozes based of the identification of charters of agricultural cooperatives and materials of the management meetings and general meetings in the period the “thaw “. The analysis of content of the charter of the agricultural cooperative and compliance protocols of general meetings and management meetings farmers collective allowed the author to consider the various aspects of the kolkhoz life. Among them are: economic activity, social security, work of chairmen, specialists and managers, workers of kolkhozes. The article discusses the goals and objectives of the agricultural cooperatives, contradictions in compliance with internal regulations of collective life: violations of labor discipline and other violations of the code of agricultural cooperatives, consequences and causes of these violations.
