DAGHESTANIANS - RESIDENTS OF THE KRASNODAR REGION: TO THE QUESTION OF CHANGES IN THE PROCESS OF INTEGRATION THE PEOPLES OF THE SOUTH RUSSIA IN THE YEARS 1980–2010

During studying of interaction within the framework migratory movements in Daghestanians Krasnodar region in 1980–2010 is allocated in the article. The author analyzes the information proving that the gradual these processes develop are based on satisfying the needs of cooperating regions in qualified personnel, the means to improve welfare of the population and in the workforce, conducive to development of the regional economy. Have been synthesized the basic causes which impel to preserve and deepen of intraregional integration. The historical assessment is given to factors which determine migrant-phobia that arises the last years in the Krasnodar region. Revealed a basis for the subsequent development cooperation between actors in the South of Russia in the conditions of folding a new statehood. The strengths and weaknesses of this process are underlined.
